🔁 [Reflection & Progress] Day 2 – Week 2 Review & New Adjustments

🧠 Reflection

This week, I continued my daily English practice focusing on DevOps content.
I followed the weekly structure more consistently and felt that some expressions became more natural to use.

I wrote about my experience comparing English writing and speaking, which helped me realize that I prefer writing first—it gives me more control.
That insight alone was worth the effort.

One improvement this week was vocabulary use.
I started reviewing new words by saying them aloud and trying to use them in DevOps-related example sentences.
That helped me remember them better than just reading.

However, I still feel a gap between reading and speaking.
Even when I understand something in writing, saying it out loud feels slower.
I think I need to practice more low-pressure speaking, like shadowing or repeating interview answers to myself.

1. Record at least one interview answer per week and listen back to it.
2. Start a personal glossary of useful DevOps phrases.
3. Spend 10 minutes daily shadowing example answers.
4. Choose one expression each day and use it in a real Slack or email message.
5. Ask ChatGPT to correct at least one paragraph or sentence per day.

이번 주도 DevOps 중심의 영어 학습을 꾸준히 이어갔습니다.
주간 구조를 더 충실히 따라갔고, 일부 표현은 자연스럽게 입에 붙는 느낌이 들었습니다.

영어 쓰기와 말하기의 차이를 주제로 글을 쓰면서, 저는 말하기보다 쓰기가 더 편하다는 사실을 깨달았습니다.
이런 인식 하나만으로도 의미 있는 성과였습니다.

어휘 활용에서는 진전이 있었습니다.
이번 주엔 새 단어를 소리 내어 말하고, DevOps 문장에 적용해보는 연습을 했습니다.
단순히 읽는 것보다 오래 기억되는 효과가 있었어요.

다만 여전히 읽기와 말하기 사이의 간극은 느껴집니다.
글로 이해는 되지만, 말로 표현할 땐 속도가 떨어집니다.
